Newly Elected UGSA Vice Chair

At this year’s AGM we will see a rotation of Directors with A/Professor Marcus Carey stepping down from the role of UGSA Chair and Dr Alexandra Mowat assuming the role of UGSA Chair.  As prescribed by the UGSA Constitution, Section 13.1 Appointment of Chair and Vice Chair – two current UGSA Advisory Board Members put themselves forth as candidates for the role of Vice Chair – Dr Tim Dawson and Dr Ruchi Singh.  A secret ballot was held amongst the existing board with Dr Tim Dawson elected as the preferred candidate.
